I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to come home to a beautiful, level tiled and freshly painted walls, window frames and doors.
In the few times I came home I witnessed how you Grant were persistent in assisting your Tile Man dig up all the old tiles and removing all the rubble. I know it was a strenuous task but well done.
I could not believe how well you levelled my floor and out of your own added tiles to the side of the walls as my existing skirting boards were old.
You also took it upon yourself to inform me my ceilings needed painting to and I must admit they look so much better now. Thank you for preparing all the cracks and mould dew before painting the walls.

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for the very wonderful and professional job that you have just completed on my Unit (Unit 18) at the Greens Complex in Umhlali.
Your brief was to paint the Unit inside and outside as well as carry out specific identified work on the Unit that needed maintenance and repair. By way of feedback, the painting and mixture of colours used at the Unit was superb. You also painted all the cupboards and varnished all the window frames and window woodwork, which again in turn was excellent. You too, by arrangement repaired and painted the veranda area which also produced wonderful result.
When all is said and done, I wish to compliment you on your standard of work produced, the friendliness and professionalism of your staff and most Importantly on your accuracy and speed at which you operated.
In conclusion, I feel very satisfied that the work that carried out for me certainly added value and produced ‘real value for money’ for me.

This letter serves as a reference for Grant Lee Painters. In October 2013 Grant helped us to renovate the granny flat cottage on our property. The major work that we requested him do was to fix a damp problem on the walls, paint the interior, brick a doorway and concrete a small portion of the property. All work was completed within the agreed time and was of a good quality. The people doing the work were honest, hard workers and easy to communicate with. I was particularly impressed that after paying Grant in full for the contract he still came back a few weeks later to fit a door that had been in the scope of work and that we had been waiting to be delivered.
